The questions players ask most, answered: quests, skills, items, events, reset and the game itself.
Quests
Where does the Ring of Honor drop and how do I remove it from my inventory?
It's the item from Marlon's quest (Gain Hero Status). It drops from monsters in Tarkan, Icarus, Land of Trials and Kalima 5, only while you don't have the item yet. To remove it from your inventory, hand it to Marlon: handing it in consumes the item. If the quest doesn't accept the delivery, contact support.
Where does the Dark Stone drop and what is it for?
It's the Dark Knight's extra quest with Marlon (Secret of Dark Stone), level 220. The Dark Stone drops from monsters in Tarkan, Icarus, Land of Trials and Kalima 5. You hand it to Marlon, pay 2,000,000 zen and unlock the combo. Only the Dark Knight does this quest, and it's required for him to move on to the third class.
Marlon disappeared. Where is he?
He doesn't disappear: he stays in one place at a time and moves every 30 minutes, in a cycle, between Lorencia (133, 123), Devias (205, 47), Noria (177, 111) and Atlans (17, 25). If you can't find him, wait for the next move, which happens on the hour and on the half hour.
What is the Evidence of Strength?
It's the first quest of the third class (Certificate of Strength), with Apostle Devin in Crywolf (229, 49), level 380. It requires 150 resets to start. You bring three items and pay 5,000,000 zen: the Death-beam Knight Flame drops from the Death Beam Knight (Tarkan), the Hell-Miner Horn from Hell Maine (Aida) and the Dark Phoenix Feather from the Phoenix of Darkness (Icarus).
I can't enter the Barracks. What's missing?
Barracks and Refuge are not in /move. You enter the Barracks through Werewolf Quarel, in Crywolf (62, 239), and it only opens for those who accepted Devin's second quest, which requires level 400, and haven't finished killing its monsters yet. Having done the 3-item quest and being level 380 is not enough. Inside the Barracks, the Gatekeeper (119, 168) takes you to the Refuge, only for those who accepted the third quest.
Does the Dark Elf in the Refuge have a schedule?
No fixed schedule. She stays in the Refuge (97, 187) and respawns 3 hours after dying.
How does the Magic Gladiator and Dark Lord quest work?
They don't go through Sevina or Marlon. Their evolution is the three third-class quests with Apostle Devin, in Crywolf: levels 380, 400 and 400. To start the first one you need 150 resets.
Getting started and account
Where do I do the tutorial and get the starter kit?
The tutorial is the AlexandrIA mission. It opens on its own when you log in, and you can reopen it with the F12 key (Mission button) or the /tutorial command. Completing the steps gives you the UP kit.
Where do I find the quiz?
At the Event Square, with Marce (166, 57). Pick the UP kit option. It's one kit per person, not per account.
How do I check if I'm Premium and until when?
Type /plano in the game chat: it shows your plan, the day it expires and the benefits. The same appears in My account, on the site and in the launcher.
How do I get credits?
Acquired credits come from the PIX contribution in My account. Streaming the game with the LIVE button, selling items on the Market for credits and referrals also earn credits. Credits are not money.
Why didn't my new account come with Premium?
The welcome Premium only applies to accounts created while the bonus is open. Outside that period, the account starts Free and Premium is activated in the Account tab.
Can I turn the CS Character into a regular one?
No. The CS Character is for war only: it doesn't level up, evolve, change class or hunt. The account can have both types.
Points and reset
How many points will I have in total?
It depends on your class, level, quests and resets. Quests add up to 100 points: 10 + 10 with Sevina and 20 + 20 + 30 in the third class. The rest comes from level, fruits and mostly from resets. Each stat is capped at 32,500.
My auto reset stopped. Why?
There's no limit at 75 resets: what ends there is the Elf Blessing. Auto reset stops when the account is no longer Premium, when Auto UP is turned off, when you run out of zen, when you haven't reached the reset level yet or at the limit of 200 resets. It only applies to the character it was turned on for. If it stopped for no reason, turn Auto UP off, wait 2 seconds and turn it back on.
Which map is best for leveling?
No map gives an experience bonus. Go from the weakest to the strongest, and when monsters get easy, move on to the next map. F12 in the game suggests where to level for your character.
Skills
Where do I buy skill orbs and scrolls?
Hanzo, in Lorencia, sells Dark Knight and Magic Gladiator orbs. Pasi, in Lorencia, sells Dark Wizard scrolls. Isabella, in Devias, and Lumen, in Lorencia, sell the Dark Lord's. Elf Lala and Eo, in Noria, sell Fairy Elf orbs. The skills page shows who sells each one.
Where do I find the Magic Gladiator's Fire Slash?
Buy the Orb of Fire Slash from Hanzo, in Lorencia (116, 141) or Crywolf (145, 14). The orb requires 596 Strength.
Where do I buy the Poison?
Scroll of Poison is for Dark Wizard and Magic Gladiator. Pasi, in Lorencia (118, 113), and Isabella, in Devias (225, 41), sell it. It requires 140 Energy.
Where do I buy Dark Lord skills?
From Isabella, in Devias (225, 41), or Lumen, in Lorencia (123, 135): Fire Burst, Summon, Critical Damage, Electric Spark and Fire Scream. You need Energy to learn them and the Leadership attribute to use them: Summon 400, Electric Spark 340, Critical Damage 300 and Fire Scream 70. Force comes with the class, Force Wave comes from a scepter with the skill option and Earthquake comes from the Dark Horse.
Why can't I learn the skill from the Elf?
Each orb has a minimum, and the skills page shows each one. Orb of Penetration requires level 130. Orb of Ice Arrow requires 646 Agility and the second class. Right-click the orb: if something is missing, the game tells you what.
Items and Chaos Machine
What are the pieces of the Enis set?
It belongs to the Dark Wizard and has 4 pieces: Legendary Helm, Armor, Pants and Boots. Two pieces of the same set already activate the first bonus. The sets page shows all the others.
How do I get an Ancient piece?
They drop from monsters as a rare drop of the piece itself. They also come from event boxes and Chaos Castle rewards.
How do I make the Cape of Lord?
At the Chaos Machine, with a 1st-level wing, a Jewel of Chaos and a Monarch's Crest, which drops in Icarus.
Where does the Condor Feather drop?
It doesn't drop from monsters: it only comes from the Chaos Machine. Bring a Jewel of Chaos, a Jewel of Creation, a bundle of 10 Jewel of Soul, a 2nd-level wing or a Cape of Lord +9 or higher with Additional, and at least one set piece +7 or higher with Additional.
How do I make a Chaos weapon?
At the Chaos Machine, with a Jewel of Chaos and +4 items with Additional, or with Bless and Soul jewels. A Chaos Dragon Axe, a Chaos Nature Bow or a Chaos Lighting Staff comes out at random.
Where do I get the Devil's Invitation?
Christine, at the Event Square (194, 54), sells +1 to +7. Or make it at the Chaos Machine with a Devil's Eye and Devil's Key of the same level and a Jewel of Chaos. Eye and Key drop from monsters.
How do I get the Jewel of Harmony?
The Gemstone drops in Kanturu 1, 2 and 3. Hand it to Elpis, in Kanturu Relics (77, 177), and he refines it into a Jewel of Harmony. Dragged onto an item, it gives a special option. Ancient set pieces can't receive Harmony.
Where do I get a Talisman of Luck or a wing talisman?
We don't have them. Talisman of Luck, wing talismans and Elite Skeleton Ring aren't available on the server.
How do I get the Dark Horse?
At the Chaos Machine: Spirit of Dark Horse, which drops from monsters, 5 Jewel of Bless, 5 Jewel of Soul, a Jewel of Creation and a Jewel of Chaos, with zen when you combine.
What is eZen?
It's 1 billion zen stored in an item. Make it with the /ezen command, which costs 1.1 billion. You can store it, trade it, pass it in a party or sell it to an NPC for the same value. Auto UP runs /ezen on its own when you reach 1.1 billion. It isn't sold in the Shop. If it didn't appear, check that your inventory has room.
Events and bosses
How do I enter the events?
All of them start at the Event Square: use /move EventSquare. The entrance NPCs are there. Arrive before the start time, because the entrance closes when the event begins. Each event's room is based on your resets.
Where are the mini bosses?
Mini Balrog: Lost Tower 7. Mini Zaikan: Tarkan 2. Mini Gorgon: Dungeon 3. Mini Ice Queen: Devias 4. After dying, the Mini Zaikan returns in 5 hours, the Mini Balrog in 4, and the Mini Gorgon and Mini Ice Queen in 3.
How many resets do I need to kill a boss?
None: there's no minimum of resets to attack a boss. Map entry is by level, and what changes is your character's strength.
What is the White Wizard?
It's an invasion: the White Wizard and his helpers appear for 10 minutes in Lorencia, Devias and Noria at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00, with an in-game warning beforehand.
How does Crywolf work? Where do I see the result?
It happens on Saturdays at 19:30. The Muse Elves take the altars and everyone else defends the statue. Balgass shows up after 10 minutes. Win or lose, the server changes until the next Crywolf. The current result appears on the events page.
Everyday gameplay
How do I hide the game from the taskbar?
Press F6: the game goes to the Windows system tray. Press F6 again or click the icon to bring it back. With several windows: the 2nd uses Shift + F6, the 3rd Ctrl + F6 and the 4th Alt + F6. The game must be in windowed mode.
How do I go back to the old interface?
There's no such option. The interface is the same for everyone and comes with the game, with no choice in the launcher or in the options.
Why can't I attack?
Nobody can attack in the safe zone of the cities. In the open, check that your character has the attribute the skill requires, the right weapon and enough mana or AG.
Can I level up with the game closed?
No. A game hidden with F6 stays connected, but with it closed you don't level. Auto UP (Premium, F9) only runs with the game open.
How do I pick up jewels automatically?
Use Auto UP (Premium): press F9, go to the Items tab and check the jewels. It picks up what your monsters drop while you hunt.
How do I turn on chat translation?
The chat window has four buttons in the corner: the first turns the chat on and off, the second adjusts the size, the third the transparency and the fourth is translation. Ctrl + click turns it on and off. A regular click switches between the translated text and the original.
How do I report a bug?
Type /reportar in the game and write what happened. The reply arrives in a window inside the game. When the problem is confirmed as a defect and fixed, the report is closed and the reward is delivered to your account. Game rules and usage questions are closed with an explanation, with no reward.
