In-game voice
Voice comes built into the game. Get close and you hear them; move away and the voice fades. Your party on any map and your guild in rooms, like a TeamSpeak inside the game, without opening any other program.
Talk to your guild while you play
Got close, heard. Moved away, the voice fades. The voice rotates within the game, no Discord, no TeamSpeak and no alt-tab. In Castle Siege, the guild uses the Attack and Defense rooms and each member goes to their own.
- Proximity voice: close by you hear, far away the voice fades
- Each guild has the Main room and 2 more free rooms, in the style of TeamSpeak, and the list shows the position of each one.
- Castle Siege attack and defense with a room per member: the game moves everyone when the Siege starts
- Noise suppression and echo cancellation on by default
- Party mode is Premium only
Jump in, talk
Voice comes with the launcher and connects by itself when your character enters the game, under its name. There is no other program or room to pick.
Get close, hear them
In Near mode, the voice is at full volume up to 2 steps away and fades out up to 6 steps. Move away and the voice is gone; come back and it returns.
Clean sound
Noise suppression and echo cancellation are already on, and the quality is 48 kbps. With headphones it's perfect.

Who you talk to
- Nearby
- Those near your character on the same map hear you. The voice fades as the person moves away.
- Party
- Those in your party, on any map.
- Guild
- Those in the same room of the guild as you. Everyone starts in the Lobby and picks the room in the guild window (G), Voice tab.
You choose the mode in the game, in the voice panel next to the chat. By default the voice detects when you speak; if you prefer, turn on push-to-talk (B key) in the launcher.
Privacy and respect
- Nothing is recorded.
- Only those within your mode's range can hear you.
- You can mute any player just for yourself, instantly.
- Abuse becomes a report with one click, and the staff moderates: mute, kick or ban from voice.
What you need
- Microphone (the one on your headset works).
- Headphones are recommended; if you use speakers, keep the volume moderate.
- In the launcher's Voice tab you pick your devices and test your microphone before you join.
Guild rooms
The Guild Master creates the rooms in the game, in the Voice tab of the guild window (G), grants permission and defines who goes to which room in Castle Siege attack and defense; the game moves everyone automatically when the Siege starts. They and the operators they choose can move, mute and kick people from voice. Hold N to talk to the whole guild.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. Voice comes with the launcher and turns on by itself when you enter the game. You just need a microphone and, preferably, a headset.
Who hears me?
In Near mode, only people close to your character. In Party, people in your party. In Guild, people in the same guild room as you; the Guild Master and the vice also talk to the whole guild. Staff can talk to everyone for announcements.
Is the conversation recorded?
No. Nothing is recorded. The staff only see who is connected and the reports (who reported whom and when), never the audio.
They hear an echo of my voice. What do I do?
Use headphones. Echo cancellation is already on, but loud speakers near the microphone can still leak. Lower the speaker volume or turn on push-to-talk in the launcher.
I can't hear anyone.
Check what the in-game voice panel says: it shows the reason when it can't connect and has a Reconnect button. Make sure someone is nearby in Nearby mode, check the output device in the launcher's Voice tab, and make sure the sound isn't muted in the game.
Someone is being disruptive. How do I mute them?
In the game, click the person's name in the list of who is speaking and mute them just for yourself. If it's abuse, use Report: the staff gets it right away.
